Good training, slow certificate delivery
I completed the Supervisor Certification program last month. The online modules were well-structured and easy to follow, covering a lot of practical information I could use right away. I liked that I could go at my own pace. My main critique is that it took a bit longer than I expected to receive my official certificate in the mail after passing the final exam. I had to follow up with customer service once to check on its status. They were helpful, but it still felt like a bit of a wait. Overall, good value for the cost, especially with the member discount.
